High-pressure washing to 500 bar, SA1–SA2.5 spot or full blasting, and protective coating of hulls, ballast, chemical, FW and potable water tanks.

Hull Repairs
Structure and shell steel replacement under IACS (ABS) certification — Grade A to 25 mm, EH36 from 8–14 mm — with UTM reports for approval.

Ballast Tank Maintenance
Cleaning, inspection and repair to prevent corrosion and preserve tank integrity, with full scaffolding provision.

Propulsion Systems
Propellers, shafts, rudders and thrusters dismantled, inspected, repaired and refitted to ABS / DNV / Lloyd's / BV rules, with reports to class.

Engine & Gearbox Overhauls
Full overhauls supervised by technical specialists, with laser alignment of equipment to specification.

Deck Equipment
Dismantling, inspection, repair, parts replacement and refitting to IACS best practice, with detailed reports to class.

Electrical & Electronics
Switchboard cleaning and megger testing, complete overhaul and rewinding of motors and generators, and certified radio survey.

Piping & Safety Systems
Steel, stainless and galvanised piping to DN 250 under IACS rules, plus certification of fixed and portable firefighting systems.
